Asset allocation and diversification are core principles of TAK Advisory's investment approach. Client's target asset allocation is established based on client's unique needs, situation, preferences and time frame. Typical portfolio consists of four asset classes; Stocks, Bonds, Cash and Real Assets. Portfolio is reviewed and rebalanced regularly to control risks and maximize long term returns.
Investment management service may include:
- Review client's overall financial situation, assess short term and long term financial goals.
- Develop client's financial plan, balance sheet and cash flow report and retirement income plan.
- Analyze client's risk profile to indentify client's risk tolerance and recommend appropriate level of investment risks in order to achieve client's financial goals.
- Develop customized Investment Policy Statement (IPS).
- Recommend investment selections and provide ongoing investment advice.
- Execute trades, manage short term cash flows and monitor investment progress.
- Provide Quarterly Performance reports and Quarterly Billing Statements.
- Meet in person or on request, quarterly or annually based on client's unique needs.
- Provide regular and ongoing communications including Monthly Newsletter.
- Work with client's CPAs and Attorneys to identify tax savings and estate planning opportunities, tax loss harvesting, Roth conversion, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and Qualified Charitable Contribution.
